Welcome to bajj. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bajj ("bajj", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bajj online betting and casino platform, available at bajj.bio and all associated sub-pages, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. bajj reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the bajj Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the bajj Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies, rules, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time. All such documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Your acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the Platform, regardless of whether you have completed account registration. If you are registering on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

To register and maintain an active account on bajj, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bajj enforces a strict 21+ policy and reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm age compliance.
• You are acting as a private individual in your personal capacity, and not on behalf of any commercial or professional enterprise for the purpose of exploiting betting markets.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is legal under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of bajj, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an account on the Platform suspended or terminated by bajj for any reason including but not limited to fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

bajj reserves the right to carry out identity, age, and residency verification checks at any time. Failure to satisfy any eligibility criterion, or failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe, may result in account suspension, restriction of withdrawals, or permanent account closure.

Each eligible individual may hold only one registered account on the bajj Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity documents, payment method, device, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, bajj reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. bajj accepts no liability for issues arising from inaccurate or outdated registration information.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must never share your account access with any third party or allow any other person to use your account to place bets or access games.
• You must notify bajj immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• bajj will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to safeguard your login credentials.

bajj processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits and withdrawals are conducted exclusively through approved payment channels. The following payment methods are currently supported on the bajj Platform:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank transfers: BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International cards: Visa, Mastercard (where available and subject to issuer approval)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification tier; these limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction.

bajj does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, which are outside bajj's control. Deposits are typically credited to your bajj balance within 60 seconds for bKash and Nagad. Withdrawal processing times to mobile wallets are typically 15 to 30 minutes following approval of the withdrawal request.

bajj reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of identity verification, fraud investigations, or compliance reviews. In such cases, bajj will endeavour to notify the affected player within a reasonable timeframe and provide guidance on the steps required to resolve the hold.

bajj offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry periods, and maximum cashout limits. The full terms applicable to each individual promotion are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of offer.

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. bajj reserves the right to decline, withdraw, or recalculate any bonus offered to a player where abuse or irregular play patterns are detected.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal. Wagering requirements are clearly stated for each promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash unless the stated wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Multiple accounts may not be used to claim the same promotion. Duplicate bonus claims will result in cancellation of the bonus and may trigger an account review.
• bajj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time with or without prior notice.
• Seasonal promotions (e.g., Eid special offers, Pohela Boishakh cashback, BPL season reload bonuses) are subject to their own individual promotional terms, which will be published separately.

All sports bets placed on the bajj Platform are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific rules are published separately within the relevant betting market sections of the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. bajj does not accept bet cancellation requests after a wager has been placed, except in cases of an obvious technical error or manifest pricing error on bajj's part.
• bajj reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been subject to manipulation, match-fixing, or other irregularities, as determined by bajj in its sole discretion and/or in conjunction with relevant sporting bodies.
• In-play (live) betting is subject to market availability and may be suspended without notice at any time at bajj's discretion, including during periods of high traffic or technical maintenance.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary based on account history and market conditions.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your bajj account balance promptly following official result confirmation. bajj relies on official sources for result verification; unofficial sources are not accepted for the purposes of bet settlement.
• For cricket markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series, the applicable cricket betting rules (covering rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method adjustments, abandoned matches, and super overs) are detailed in the Cricket Betting Rules section of the Platform.

bajj reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any individual bet or accumulator. Maximum payout limits by sport and market type are displayed within the Platform settings and may be updated periodically.

bajj Casino offers live dealer games, slot titles, crash games, and fishing games from internationally certified providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game title operates under the rules and mechanics defined by its respective provider.

bajj is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare across the entire Platform. • Threatening, harassing, or abusing bajj staff, customer support agents, or other players in any communication channel.

All content on the bajj Platform — including but not limited to the bajj brand name and logo, website design and layout, software code, graphics, text, images, video content, audio, odds data, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of bajj or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without express written permission from bajj.
• Use any bajj trademark, brand name, or logo in any manner that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, frame, or systematically extract any data, odds, or content from the Platform for any commercial purpose.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology forming part of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of bajj intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajj, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from service downtime, technical faults, or game malfunctions beyond bajj's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking partners.
• Unauthorised access to your account where the breach results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency security measures.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform which are subject to real-time change.

bajj's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bajj account in the 30 days preceding the date on which the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bajj's liability for fraud or for any liability which cannot be excluded by applicable law.

bajj collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bajj uses your data for the following primary purposes: account management, identity verification (KYC/AML compliance), payment processing, fraud detection, customer support, and personalised promotional communications where you have opted in. bajj does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data held by bajj, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records for anti-money laundering and regulatory compliance purposes. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Pending withdrawals will be processed in the ordinary course following account closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, including non-contractual disputes or claims, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bajj operates as a platform accessible to players in Bangladesh and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any jurisdiction other than as a general entertainment service.

In the event of any dispute between you and bajj arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be referred to binding arbitration under terms to be agreed between the parties at the time of the dispute.
